  • You can get rid of any app which you don’t like that are impossible to install.

  • You can install some special apps which do not run on non-rooted phones.
  • You can change Android ID, Device ID, IMEI Number, etc. for the individual apps or for all the system

Disadvantages of Rooting an Android :

  • One of the biggest disadvantages of rooting an Android is that you may void the warranty of your device.
  • You device may get Hard-Bricked(But its chances are very less).
  • Rooting may result in some security risks. For Example, Google refuses to support Google Wallet services for rooted devices.
